The purpose of Rize Services is to meet participants We provide mobile outreach, clothing and hygiene essentials, resource navigation, and supportive engagement that promotes safety, connection, and resilience. Our work is grounded in the belief that every person deserves respect, opportunity, and a community that helps them rise.

What We Offer

  • Rize Services provides trauma‑informed support for youth through mentoring, life skills development, emotional regulation, and confidence‑building. We offer school-based support, crisis response, restorative practices, after‑school enrichment, and youth case management to help young people grow, heal, and thrive.

  • We offer trauma‑informed coaching for youth and families, crisis intervention, behavioral and emotional wellness support, and parent/caregiver training focused on communication, de‑escalation, and understanding trauma.

  • Through our Women With Purpose initiative, we provide workshops, support circles, group coaching, resource navigation, and career and life planning sessions designed to empower women in transition.

  • Our outreach team brings support directly to the community through our mobile resource unit, pop‑up events, wellness days, youth engagement activities, and partnerships with schools, churches, shelters, and community centers.

  • Rize Services partners with schools and organizations to provide trauma‑informed support, professional development training, program implementation, restorative practices, and on‑site youth specialists for short‑term or long‑term support.

  • We offer family coaching, mediation, resource and referral support, and goal planning for families experiencing crisis or transition. Workshops include parenting, communication, and trauma awareness.

  • Rize Services provides training and workshops on trauma‑informed care, youth behavior, de‑escalation, leadership, life skills, mental wellness, and resilience.

  • We offer volunteer training, community service opportunities, and enrollment for the Rize Outreach Team to support our mission and expand community impact.

  • Providing guidance, encouragement, and accountability through trusted relationships that promote personal growth, confidence, and life success.

  • Helping individuals set goals, overcome challenges, and develop actionable plans that lead to positive, lasting change.
